These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sleep Tight. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sleep Tight.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sleep Tight. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Subscriptions and billing
Sleep Tight is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed through your App Store account; subscriptions purchased on the web are billed through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through your App Store settings or your account.
Medical disclaimer
Sleep Tight provides general wellness and informational content. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition or your sleep.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of any law.
Intellectual property
Sleep Tight and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Your data remains yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the service for you.
Termination
You may stop using Sleep Tight at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Sleep Tight.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
