We want you to be happy with Sleep Tight. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. For iOS subscriptions, manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For web subscriptions, cancel from your account or by contacting us.
Refunds on the App Store
Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy, and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Refunds on web purchases
For subscriptions purchased directly on our website, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
